Speedy Basket is a business in the RETAIL industry that markets fresh farm produce (Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs)
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivery confirmed by way of an ORDER NUMBER sent out to the client electronically. Goods will be dispatched via Speedy Basket Motorcycles, Tricycles and Vans at the delivery and handling fees stipulated on the invoice and or website.
We deliver to Accra, Spintex, Kasoa, Tema, Madina, Legon at the moment. We will expand to other areas soon. We charge a delivery fee of GHS 10 within Accra and GHS 15 for orders outside Accra. You can pick any one of the below preferred time slot to receive your order. We do not and can’t guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control that may result in a delayed or early arrival of your order.
The provision of goods by Speedy Basket is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Speedy Basket will refund the client in full within 7 working days. Cancellation of orders at a minimum period of 20mins prior to the scheduled delivery by the client will attract a 40% administration fee.
Any goods returned damaged will be refunded for in full.
Payment may be made via mobile money, card payment online or payment can be made on delivery in cash. We usually encourage users to limit physical contact by making use of of our online payment methods
The Transaction Currency is the Ghanaian Cedi (GHS).
Speedy Basket may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Ghana. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts and waive any objections based upon venue.
Speedy Basket takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods on its website or social digital platform, customer service and support and delivery of goods.
