• Why should I use Speedy Basket?

  You get to save big on your weekly or regular fruit and vegetable shopping. You also get to pick your vegetable and fruit for your meals from our wide range of products at your convenience without having to go out

• How does it work?

  Pretty simple. You scan through our shop for your produce, make all your fruits and vegetables orders from one place. We package your order and deliver to you.

• Where do you source your produce?

  We partner with select farms, farmers and food hubs across the country who undergo our food safety checks to ensure all produce are hygienic and safe to consume.

• Do you make deliveries?

  Yes. Speedy Basket offers delivery of items at a fee. User picks a time for delivery for our delivery time slots. Our Delivery Time Slots are 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3pm, 3pm – 5pm.

• What sort of payment do you accept?

  We accept mobile money, online card payment and cash on delivery. We usually encourage users to limit physical contact by making use of of our online payment methods

• How can I cancel my whole order?

  We understand you may want to cancel your order due to certain factors, the best way to do this is to email officialspeedybasket@gmail.com and just notify us that you would like to cancel and we will send you a confirmation email. You will need to cancel the order 20 minutes after order has been placed and accepted by reps from Speedy Basket for a full refund otherwise we will have to charge a 40% cancellation fee thereafter, as we will have already sourced and packed your item(s) for delivery
